This lovely blue floral is a vintage quilting fabric sourced from a local op shop.
These eye pillows can be used cold (from the freezer), or at room temperature to promote relaxation and relieve tension. Heating is not recommended as the area around the eyes is sensitive. Great for promoting relaxation in savasana at the end of a yoga session or for meditation.
